3-Axis optical scale with fine resolution permits accurate setup.

Edge finding establishes the center line reference point.

Automatic computation of the center point with two given edges.

Built in automatic anti-arc protection for optimal performance.

A correction value can be entered for the erosion depth after the final depth setting is reached, which spares the operator from

tedious calculations.

Two-speed servo is numerically controlled, reducing non-machining time.

Maximum 10 positions preset on z axis for z depth trigger stop.

Sparking conditions change automatically along the preset trigger points to activate programmable machining from roughing to finishing.

There are 40 sets of built in sequential programs in memory.
