The Industrial Bureau acts as a bridge between industry and academia, helping companies create ready-to-combat talents!

In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry, the Industrial Bureau promotes the "#Intelligent Machinery Industry-Academic Promotion Plan" to guide industries to enter the campus and tailor the required professional talents!

CHMER Electromechanical, the leader in the electric discharge machine industry and one of the top five electric discharge machine manufacturers in the world, has joined hands with Central University, Huwei University of Science and Technology and other schools to carry out #industry-university cooperation through this plan, which is different from the traditional industry-university cooperation model. Adopt a problem-oriented learning model, design diversified learning courses, strengthen students' practical special training and cross-domain learning abilities, and increase students' knowledge and experience through industry understanding, company visits, machine operation experience camps, special research, career exploration, etc. Practical connections between industries and enterprises improve students’ competitiveness in the workplace!

Wang Chenhong, general manager of CHMER Mechanical and Electrical Company, said that currently 9% of the company’s employees are students retained through the industry-university cooperation program. He hopes that in the future, industry, government and academia will continue to work side by side to jointly create a smart machinery development center. The new generation of A+ talents we need.
