The selection results of the 26th Taiwan Excellence Awards were announced. The AP3020L-ultra-precision three-axis linear motor engraving electrical discharge machine innovatively developed by CHMER was selected for the 26th Excellence Silver Award. CHMER won the Gold and Silver Excellence Awards for two consecutive years. It has won the Taiwan Excellence Award for six consecutive years and is truly the light of Taiwan’s excellence in the machine tool industry.

The Taiwan Excellence Award is sponsored by the International Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and implemented by the Foreign Trade Association. It selects excellent products that best represent Taiwan's product image based on five selection criteria: R&D, design, quality, marketing, and Taiwanese production. The 26th edition has a total of 1,209 products. The competition went through preliminary review, on-site evaluation and final review, among which 30 products were shortlisted for gold and silver awards. CHMER's winning of the Taiwan Excellence Silver Award means that the company's products have been favored and recognized by the judges in all aspects of performance.
