The gantry-type linear motor-driven five-axis high-speed machining machine (HM6050L) CNC controller software and hardware has a number of intelligent functions to allow users to operate smarter and more conveniently, linear motors with high-efficiency and energy-saving characteristics, box-type electronic components for easy maintenance...etc. Many core key technologies are all independently developed and produced by CHMER, with a local production rate of over 90%. It is the first in Taiwan to introduce its self-developed linear motor drive into a high-speed processing machine. The linear motor has the characteristics of no friction and no backlash, which greatly improves processing accuracy and reduces maintenance costs. This machine adopts CHMER's self-made CNC controller, with full ownership of the software and hardware, including remote monitoring, intelligence and other functions to make operation more convenient; HM6050L adopts a new optimized gantry structure design, equipped with a precision constant temperature system, and is equipped with A/B axes. Achieve high-efficiency and high-level 5-axis processing of curved surfaces of complex parts such as titanium alloys and aluminum alloys in the aerospace industry.

In addition to the "HM6050L wire motor driven five-axis high-speed machining machine" that was selected for the Silver Award, the EQ325L gantry linear motor wire cutting machine, the GX430L+ high-performance wire motor driven wire cutting machine, and the A6040L high-performance three-axis wire motor driven electric discharge machining machine were selected. This year’s Excellence Award. CHMER has become the only machine tool manufacturer that has won the "Taiwan Excellence Award" for 4 products in each session for three consecutive years.
