【2007-01-23 Economic Daily Wu Qingchang】

CHMER develops a high-precision linear horse immersion wire cutting machine. The software and hardware adopt the self-developed CNC PC-BASED controller, which greatly reduces costs and simplifies maintenance technology. It has a human-machine interface that is easy to learn and operate, processing graphics and Track display, remote operation and monitoring functions can be performed through the Internet, which makes it easy to add new functions.

Wang Wuxiong, chairman of CHMER, said that the machine is equipped with a linear motor drive that will never produce backlash and uses a high-precision linear scale to implement a fully closed-loop digital servo to improve the efficiency of fine machining and improve positioning accuracy. The machine has a high-rigidity honeycomb box. Type base design, supplemented by three-point support design, ensures the long-term stability of the machine body.

CHMER has independently developed a new generation of automatic threading system, which has streamlined parts and is the latest high-speed automatic threading system that can thread threads at water interruption points. Equipped with automatic threading, it has programmable Z-axis liquid level control, automatic water supply and drainage functions, and is equipped with an automatic wire supply system for 30 kilograms of processed copper wire, achieving the state of automation and unmanned operation. The water temperature of the working tank is adjusted by automatic stepless mixing of cold water, so that the temperature difference is within plus or minus 0.5 degrees Celsius, ensuring that the accuracy of the workpiece is not affected by temperature changes.
