  • Using the self-developed CNC PC BASE controller with software and hardware, it not only significantly reduces costs, but also simplifies maintenance technology, and has a highly friendly, easy-to-learn and easy-to-operate human-machine interface, processing graphics and trajectory display, and the addition of new functions. Easy and other functions.
  • The use of a special gantry-shaped high-rigidity box-shaped casting structure can prevent structural deformation caused by temperature changes and achieve optimal control of thermal displacement.
  • The non-interference design between the cutting electrode wire routing mechanism (lower arm) and the cutting groove of the bed where the cutting workpiece is fixed will not cause water leakage problems in traditional machines, and there will be no frictional resistance caused by overcoming water leakage.
  • With a high-precision optical ruler, the traditional system can easily drive below 0.5 um, greatly improving the stability, and can use ∮0.1 mm fine wire diameter processing.
  • Equipped with automatic threading, programmed Z-axis liquid level control, automatic water supply and drainage functions, it achieves easy operation and unmanned operation.
  • The first in the country and the second in the world (currently only Sodick has it) uses linear motors. The XY axis does not require transmission components (such as couplings, bearings, ball screws), so the inertia is small and the acceleration is very high and stable. The structure is simple, has no backlash or pitch error, has high (static) rigidity, and can still be positioned accurately at high speeds.
  • Dense honeycomb box-shaped base design, supplemented by three-point support design, ensures the long-term stability of the machine body.
  • The new generation automatic threading system has fast threading speed, improved stability, improved affinity, simplified maintenance, reduced costs, innovative structure, and its performance is the first in the industry.
  • The new automatic waste wire breaking mechanism can improve the waste wire collection efficiency and reduce the number of times personnel handle the waste wire collection bucket; the tool uses a commercially available super-hard blade, which is efficient, easy and low-cost to use.
  • The power control box adopts a dust-proof water-cooled design and is equipped with easy-to-maintain box-type modular electrical appliances, which can shorten the agent's maintenance time and increase customer confidence.
