Wang Wuxiong Kewangzhang Machinery Center!

2005/06/06

The Precision Machinery Research and Development Center (PMC), a legal person, will re-elect directors and supervisors tomorrow (2nd). Wang Wuxiong, chairman of Qinghong Electromechanical, is expected to be elected as the fifth chairman. The new directors and supervisors will include representatives of the optoelectronics and robotics industries for the first time. , is of great significance to promoting the comprehensive upgrading of China's precision machinery industry.

It is currently known that the representative of the optoelectronics industry is Yan Zhongcun, deputy general manager of Chimei Electronics, and the representative of the robotics industry is Huang Hanbang, associate dean of the College of Engineering at National Taiwan University. Both of them will serve as directors, responsible for bridging the communication and interaction between the optoelectronics, robotics industries and the precision machinery industry. responsibility.

Zhan Bingchi, general manager of the Precision Machinery Center, said that in order to reduce the construction costs of the domestic flat-panel display industry and improve the technical level of the domestic precision machinery industry, the government has formulated a guidance plan for semiconductor and optoelectronic process equipment and is expected to increase the self-sufficiency rate of domestic flat-panel display process equipment in 2008. to 50%, and the domestic component self-sufficiency rate to 70%.

On the other hand, the development of the robot industry has also received great attention from the government, promoting the promotion of units to the level of the Science and Technology Advisory Group of the Executive Yuan. In order to cater to the trend of factory automation, the machinery manufacturing industry has introduced various computers, program-controlled and other automation equipment, and combined with the research and development of robots, it will quickly promote industrial upgrading.

Zhan Bingchi emphasized that the Precision Machinery Center is close to the Central Science Park and not far from the South Science Park. In the future, it will serve as a research and development platform between optoelectronics, semiconductor manufacturers and precision machinery manufacturers to further establish an industrial division of labor system.

The Precision Machinery Center will re-elect directors and supervisors tomorrow. In addition to Wang Wuxiong, who is expected to serve as chairman, and representatives from different industries, Yan Zhongcun and Huang Hanbang, the new representatives from industry and academia who have joined the board of directors and supervisors include Chen Chongguang, general manager of Yongjin Machinery; Dai Yunjin, deputy general manager of Taiwan Takize Machinery, Lu Guodong, chairman of Jiande Industry, and others.

The remaining directors and supervisors include Huang Bozhi, chairman of the Taiwan Machinery Association, Chen Canhui, chief engineer of Taichung Precision Machinery, Zhuang Guohui, chairman of Far East Machinery, Yan Ruixiong, general manager of Dongtai Precision Machinery, Zhuang Dali, general manager of Dali Machinery, Yang Dehua, chairman of Chengtai Machinery, Taiwan Zhang Jianjun, Chairman of Lidewei and others.

Wang Wuxiong will serve as the chairman of the board of directors of the Precision Machinery Center after the reform. He is also the chairman of Qinghong Electromechanical Industry. Qinghong Electromechanical is the largest electric discharge machining machine manufacturer in China. Wang Wuxiong won the 11th prize in 1977. A model of entrepreneurial youth, he served as the convener of electrical discharge machining machines in 1979, integrating peers and cooperating with the Industrial Research Institute to develop PC-BASE CNC electrical discharge machining machines.

The Precision Machinery Center was established in June 1982 by jointly raising funds from the government and the machine tool industry. It mainly continues the long-term inheritance of the Precision Machinery Development Association (CMD) in machine tool inspection, testing and other technical achievements. It has a deep technical foundation and is closely related to the industry. The Institute of Machinery of the Institute is listed as one of the two major research and development units in the domestic machinery industry.
