Exploring career and future with CHMER, Career and future are filled with many possibilities! Recently, the CHMER ShouYi Education Foundation collaborated with the Taiwan Sunshine Women's Association in an activity with CHMER Machinery, allowing young people from disadvantaged families to directly discuss with different departments face-to-face. This activity aimed to help them to understand the skills needed in the machinery industry and their corresponding value more. CHMER wishes to use this event to guide members not only to experience and understand various industries but also to explore their career development, discovering their abilities and values.
