Taiwan's leading EDM manufacturer, CHING HUNG MACHINERY & ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (CHMER), showcased its high-performance Wire Cut EDM machine "UA432L" at the Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS 2025).

The exhibited equipment features an innovative "3-in-1" structural design that integrates the power system, cooling system, and automatic wire feeding and recovery system. Compared to previous models, the footprint is reduced by 20%, significantly enhancing space utilization.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with the High-Efficiency Energy Management System (HEMS), which reduces energy consumption by 40% compared to conventional equipment. Furthermore, the built-in "Green Processing Mode" reduces copper wire consumption by 42%.

Manager Lin Wei-You of CHMER stated, "The 6th generation AWT (Automatic Wire Threading) system further enhances operational efficiency and productivity. At the same time, the Linux OS-based W5N controller significantly improves system stability and operational convenience.

He further pointed out, "This product was honored with the Taiwan Excellence Gold Award at the 33rd Taiwan Excellence Awards, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and executed by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA).
